Raktavin, a reclusive Sanguine Blood Mage, dwelled alone in the icy peaks of the Sekatan Mountains for over a century. Sustained by ritual and murder, he fed on Wastewalkers and Watchers alike, earning names like “Snowbound Vampire” and “Blood Bandit.” But one hunt went awry, and he awoke from the brink of death not in the snow, but deep within the frozen maze of Khandara. Whether it was fate, punishment, or design, he now wanders the halls, seeking blood and a way out.
