The Verdant Basilisk is a fearsome, apex predator that stalks the forests and rocky crags of Eredel’s shadowed valleys. Nocturnal and near impossible to track, these solitary beasts sometimes pair only during rare mating seasons, when two can bring down entire battalions. In all of WEHL’s long history, only seven have ever been killed, and just one captured alive. To face one is to step willingly into death’s jaws.
