Once loyal hunting hounds of the Watchers along Oldavor’s border, the Slagsting met a grisly fate in the jaws of a shapeshifter. Twisted by the creature’s essence, they were reborn as monstrous extensions of its will, tearing through a nearby border post in a mindless frenzy. Now, without the guiding hivemind of their master, they wander as rabid beasts, though in the hands of a gifted psionic, their instincts might yet be sharpened into a deadly purpose.
