Once poised to lead the Rossa Cartel’s expansion into Dornat Al Karit, Torgrik “Tall Hat” saw his ambitions collapse the day Skilet was assassinated. With the cartel in pieces and plans abandoned, he begrudgingly joined Marchese di Houf’s Nova-Rossa, trading brute enforcement for a more “refined” form of organized crime. Though the hat stayed tall, the temper underneath remains just as short.
